Individual Session Breakdown
Session 1: Breathe.
Breathe is life. Let’s expand your capability of deep breathing. In this session we will work on the upper half of your body as well your hamstrings.
Session 2: Foundation.
The feet are crucial in the role of realigning your body. We address the three arches in your feet and focus on the calves. What happens in the feet transmit through the whole body.
Session 3: Sideline.
Alot of us view our body as front and back forgetting our sides. In the session you will be side laying. We will work from the heel of the foot to the top of your head to ensure proper balance between front and back while address the sides of your body.
Session 4: Inner Leg
We are going to work from the inside of the heel all the way up the inner leg to the attachments along your sit bones. The adductors can make a huge difference and are often overlooked.
Session 5: Core.
The main focus of this session will be the midsection of your body as well as your upper back. Our goal is to balance the two.
Session 6: Sacrum.
Our focus of this session is to give you a solid backline of support. We will start from heel of the feet and work all the way up to your lower back. The sacrum is key in establishing the support we are looking for.
Session 7: Balance On Top
Although we work on the neck every session this session is focusing on head and neck alone.
Session 8: Goals.
We are now starting to come to a close. I will ask you at this point if there are any goals you hope to obtain together, before our series comes to an end.
Session 9: Work.
This session we will again be working on the goals and areas that we feel need addressed before our series come to an end.
Session 10: Goodbye
This session will address any superficial issues that may present themselves after reorganizing the deep fascia.
